Zoey has completed a degree in Kinesiology through the University of Saskatchewan.
He is a strength-focused personal trainer who specializes in building resilient, capable bodies through intentional movement. With a sustainable, life-centered approach to training, Zoey helps clients improve strength, movement quality, and overall well-being.
Whether the goal is returning to sport, meeting occupational demands, or simply moving without pain, Zoey believes movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine. Avery’s passion for fitness is rooted in a genuine love for movement and helping others feel their best.
