Founded in 2024, New Movement is dedicated to helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. We offer personal training, small group sessions, online coaching, and hybrid training options designed to fit any lifestyle.

At the heart of New Movement is a clear mission: empowering individuals to take control of their own health and wellness. We take a balanced approach to improving movement by integrating mobility, mindfulness, and strength training—helping clients build not just physical capacity, but body awareness and resilience for the long term.
