Starter Package
Perfect for clients who want to test the waters before committing. These one-on-one sessions are a great introduction to personal training, giving you the chance to experience Zac’s coaching style, structure, and support without any long-term obligation.
Available in 3 or 6-session options for first-time clients only.
Hybrid Training Package
Hybrid training combines in-person sessions with a fully personalized online program, so you can stay on track between sessions. You’ll also receive nutrition and lifestyle guidance, plus professional support and accountability.
Weekly and biweekly options, with a minimum three-month commitment to help you build real momentum.
Long-Term Personal Training
Designed for those ready to fully commit to their fitness goals, this program provides structured, consistent personal training, 2 or 3 times per week, over 6 or 12 months. With ongoing support, goal tracking, and individualized coaching, this package is built for long-term results.
Available with biweekly or paid-in-full options.
